Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities what action she is taking to prevent private landlords from denying students access to accommodation on the basis they are under 25 years old and not in full time work.

Answer:

The Department for Communities has not been made aware of any cases where students have been denied accommodation on this basis. If the member is aware of specific situations this should be reported to the appropriate authority.
