Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure how she will ensure every new home, including flats and dwellings created from a change of use, will have electric vehicle charging point infrastructure in line with the plans being brought forward by Westminster.

Answer:

I am currently considering the most appropriate approach to bring forward the provision of EV Charging Infrastructure in our residential and non-residential properties, including through the use of Building Regulations, and my officials are liaising with the Department of Finance on this matter.
