To ask the Minister for Communities what contact she has made with tenants, letting agents and landlords regarding the Private Tenancies Bill (NIA Bill 32/17-22).

Answer:

My Department has contacted various stakeholders for their views on the Private Tenancies Bill including, the Landlords Association, ARLA/Propertymark, Housing Rights, Renters’ Voice, councils, tenancy deposit scheme operators, Housing Executive and others.
