Question:
To ask the Minister of Health to outline the guidance for people wishing to demonstrate recovery from COVID-19 who cannot access the test record from their GP.

Answer:

My Department has been working to make “Recovery Certificates” available, (through the CovidCertNI app) to Northern Ireland citizens who received a positive PCR test in the preceding 30 to 180 days. The Recovery Certificates will not be available for those who have used Lateral Flow Tests.

Citizens are able to obtain evidence of recovery from Covid from Friday 10 December. This will available only via the app at this time. Applications for paper documentation will be accommodated via the non-digital, call centre service in early January.
