Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities when her review of caravans legislation will commence.


Answer:
The 2021 review of the Caravans Act 2011 legislation has already commenced by way of the establishment of a cross Departmental Working Group encompassing DfC, DfE and DfI officials.
The next stage will be to engage with stakeholders, including caravan owners, to gather views and information and that will be underway shortly.
