To ask the Minister of Health to detail the mechanism by which people who test positive for COVID-19 with only a lateral flow test can obtain certification that they have tested positive in the previous 90 days and, therefore, an official COVID-19 certification for entering restricted businesses.

Answer:

There is no mechanism in place to use the results of a Lateral Flow Test to obtain a “Recovery Certificate”.
