To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail his Department’s inspection regime of canine fertility clinics in Northern Ireland.

Answer:

There is currently no legal requirement for canine fertility clinics to be inspected in Northern Ireland. This is the same position as exists in the other jurisdictions of the UK.
