To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the number of road openings undertaken by utilities during (i) the current financial year; and (ii) each of the last four financial years, broken down by utility company, in North Down.

My Department collates details of road openings undertaken by utilities by Council area rather than by constituency. The figures below have been extracted from the Department’s Streets Works Register (NISRANS) and cover the entire Ards and North Down Council area:
