Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 27391/17-22, what investigations have been carried out by her Department regarding the potential for a park and ride in Carryduff to be served by a future North-South Glider service.

Answer:

A number of respondents to the BRT2 public consultation suggested that the proposed North-South Glider route should extend beyond the Cairnshill Park & Ride to Carryduff. Officials and transport consultants are currently assessing this suggestion.

It is my intention to publish a BRT2 Public Consultation Report in due course providing responses to the feedback received during the consultation. The outcome of the above assessment will be included in this report.
