To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs for an update into the review of bylaws concerning alcohol consumption in Crawfordsburn Country Park.

Answer:

The review of byelaws around alcohol consumption in Ards and North Down Borough Council (including Crawfordsburn Country Park) is something that remains a matter for Ards and North Down Borough Council. While I can confirm that I have been in limited correspondence with the council in regard to general issues around this matter, I am not aware of the detail in respect of their review of byelaws relating to alcohol consumption and have requested an update from the council in this regard.
