Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities for a breakdown of (i) capital; and (ii) resource expenditure incurred by her Department on the Queen’s Parade development, Bangor, since her Department, and the legacy departments, became involved.

Answer:

My Department has spent a total of £10.27m in site acquisition and maintenance on the Queen’s Parade project.

This can be broken down as follows:

Capital expenditure of £8.81m; and

Resource expenditure of £1.46m (up to 31st December 2021)
