To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the external (i) organisations; and (ii) persons who were given advance sight of the Report on the Review of the Implementation of the Planning Act (NI) 2011 before publication on 27 January 2022.

Answer:

Before its publication on 27 January 2022, the Department approached the Royal Town Planning Institute, and the Construction Employers Federation NI to ask if they would consider the review report and its findings. Both bodies were subsequently content to provide comment on the report.
