To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the organisations that her Department contacted seeking comments to accompany the media statement released by her Department on 27 January 2022 concerning the release of Report on the Review of the Implementation of the Planning Act (NI) 2011.

Answer:

Before its publication on 27 January 2022, the Department approached the Royal Town Planning Institute and the Construction Employers Federation NI to ask if they would consider the review report and its findings. Both bodies were subsequently content to provide comment on the report.
