To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs whether he intends to update the information document currently provided by his Department, Cattle Tagging Best Practice.

Answer:

While my staff regularly review the content of my Department’s website and update the information made available to the public as appropriate, in the absence of any changes to the system of cattle identification, the information provided in the “Cattle Tagging Best Practice” document remains accurate and up-to-date.

There are therefore no plans to update this document at this time.
