Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail any data that has been collected in relation to drivers’ adherence to temporary 20mph speed zones outside schools.

Answer:

I have asked for a report on the effectiveness of the part-time 20mph speed limits at schools programme, which would include an assessment of any information from the PSNI on the adherence to the signs. It is envisaged this would be best carried out when the majority of the sites under tranches 1 and 2 are fully operational.
