To ask the Minister for Communities (i) to detail her reasons not to extend £200 Energy Payment Support Scheme to those who are in receipt of legacy benefits, such as working tax credits; (ii) whether she considered total household income as well as individual income in this decision; and (iii) for her assessment of how this decision will impact single parent families with low working income.
