To ask the Minister for Communities when proposals to assist buildings affected by unsafe non-ACM cladding will be finalised and published.

Answer:

My Department is continuing to scope a non-ACM scheme with support from the Department of Finance.

DfC are engaging with officials in the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities on this.

In the meantime, details of all of the properties that were the subject of submissions to the DoF call for evidence have been shared by DoF with the Fire and Rescue Service, who have asked for additional information on buildings names and confirmed heights. They will consider buildings within scope and work to adapt response plans for the intention of mitigating associated risk.
