To ask the Minister for Communities whether proposals to assist buildings affected by unsafe non-ACM cladding can be progressed in the absence of an Executive.

Answer:

As detailed in my response to your related question (AQW 380/22-27) work is ongoing to progress proposals for a remediation scheme for unsafe non-ACM cladding in buildings over 18 metres.
