To ask the Minister for Communities what engagement her Department has had with the LGBTQ+ sector regarding plans for a ban on conversion therapy.

Answer:

I met with stakeholders from the LGBTQI+ community to discuss how to progress a ban on so called conversion practices here. My officials continue to work closely with the LGBTQ+ sector.
