Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities why Northern Ireland does not take part in the Warm Homes Discount Scheme, which is available in all other regions of the UK.

Answer:

It is not possible for Northern Ireland to join the Warm Homes Discount Scheme as the underpinning legislation makes the scheme specific to GB.
