To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 154/22-27, when the new engagement forum to assist with the development of the Executive Childcare Strategy will be established

Answer:

My Department is currently developing plans for the establishment of a childcare stakeholder engagement forum, including membership and the Terms of Reference for the Group. My officials intend to contact sectoral representatives over the summer months, with a view to convening the first meeting of the group shortly thereafter.
