To ask the Minister for Infrastructure what action his Department is taking to address paramilitary flags attached to lamp posts.

Answer:

The display of a flag of a proscribed terrorist organisation is a criminal offence that may be capable of investigation by the PSNI, and I would encourage anyone with information in regards the display of such items to contact the PSNI.
