To ask the Minister for Communities, pursuant to AQW 889/22-27, to outline how she is unable to progress the Sub-Regional Stadia funding in the absence of an Executive.

Answer:

I have received legal advice in respect to the Sub-Regional Stadia Programme for Soccer and this confirms that I have a responsibility to bring my proposals to the Executive for the necessary approval.
