To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, pursuant to AQW 277/22-27 and in the absence of a functioning Assembly, whether his Department will be able to implement the Ammonia Strategy for Northern Ireland.

Answer:

My Department has developed a comprehensive draft ammonia strategy which I am currently finalising for publication. The publication of this strategy for consultation is within my existing ministerial authority.
