Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail how many scheduled roads resurfacing projects in North Down, which were included in his Department's 2021/22 Annual Report, have not been completed due to the legal challenge of the asphalt resurfacing contract competition.

Answer:

Five schemes in the planned programme for 2021/22 were not completed prior to the expiry of the asphalt resurfacing contract in November 2021 at: Hawthorne Drive, Bangor; Beechwood Avenue, Bangor; Beechwood Gardens, Bangor; Silverstream Drive, Bangor; and Kinnegar Drive, Holywood.
