Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether he intends to update the section 10B community transport minibus permit to match the section 19 permit used in GB.

Answer:

In 2019 the High Court handed down a judgment in respect of Section 19 Permits regarding the meaning of “non-commercial” and the guidance published by the Department for Transport in GB. My officials are currently reviewing this decision, after which I will consider the arrangements here.
