To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail (i) the areas where the available sewerage capacity is currently at a level that prohibits the construction of new housing developments; and (ii) the work his department is doing to increase capacity to facilitate construction of more homes.

Answer:

Work undertaken to increase sewerage capacity to facilitate the construction of more homes is an operational matter for NI Water, who will also retain information in relation to areas where sewerage capacity is currently prohibiting new housing development.
