To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 1273/22-27, to provide details of all instances of displays of paramilitary flags on lamp posts which have been reported to the PSNI by his Department.

Answer:

In all instances, when a complaint is received about unauthorised flags flying from my Department’s equipment, officials will contact PSNI for advice.

Between 1 January 2019 and 5 July 2022, my Department has requested advice from PSNI on 405 occasions.
