To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (i) what engagement his Department has had with the Cabinet Office regarding the ‘Retained EU law dashboard’; and (ii) whether his Department has submitted a request for the dashboard to allow users to filter legislation by devolved administrations.

Answer:

The Executive Office acts as the interlocuter between NICS Departments and the Cabinet Office on matters concerning Retained EU Law.

It has not been necessary to submit a request for the dashboard to allow users to filter legislation by devolved administrations.
