Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities what actions she is taking to provide support for (i) museums; and (ii) heritage sites to help them to afford increasing electricity and heating costs in 2022/2023.

Answer:

The cost-of-living crisis is having major impact across our community.

I am deeply frustrated that the continued absence of a functioning Executive and agreed Executive budget prevents additional measures being introduced.

My Department will do all it can to support, and all options are being explored to provide both immediate and medium to longer term interventions.
