To ask the Minister for Communities to detail the number of people who called the Make the Call Service helpline, broken down by month, in the last five years.


Answer:
The earliest data available for calls made to the Make the Call Service helpline is from November 2017.
From November 2017 to August 2022, Make the Call Service received 232,501 calls on the freephone advice line number. A breakdown by month is included in the tables below.
