Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities for a breakdown of the number of former Northern Ireland Housing Executive maisonettes or flats, now in private ownership, that are currently required under contract to pay the Northern Ireland Housing Executive for maintenance.

Answer:

The Housing Executive has advised me that the total number of flats/maisonettes that it formerly owned but are now in private ownership are 6,138. Of these 5,666 are flats and 472 are maisonettes.
