To ask the Minister for Communities whether she has plans to review Northern Ireland Housing Executive maintenance costs to ensure there is effective and efficient use of public money and in line with market values.

Answer:

The Housing Executive is a Centre of Procurement Expertise (CoPE) and continues to work closely with its contractors across a range of disciplines to ensure that contract pricing fairly reflects current inflationary pressures being experienced by contractors, whilst also safeguarding the use of public funds.
