To ask the Minister for Communities when was the Support for Mortgage Interest rate last reviewed.

Answer:

The Support for Mortgage Interest rate is reviewed on a monthly basis as the standard interest rate is set at a level equal to the Bank of England's published monthly average mortgage interest rate.
