To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs what additional staffing resource has been required to work on the proposed Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill.

Answer:

To date, no additional staff resources have been brought into the Department to work on the Bill. However, an assessment of the work to be undertaken and associated staff resources is currently being undertaken with colleagues across the NICS.
