Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities (i) when was the last Affordable Warmth Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by the Housing Executive; and (ii) what were the results of this survey.

Answer:
This issue is an operational matter for Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive, who has advised me as follows:
“The last Affordable Warmth Scheme Customer Satisfaction Survey, conducted by the Housing Executive, was carried out summer 2023; the report was finalised late 2023.
This 2023 survey was the fourth report for the Affordable Warmth Scheme.  Like the previous 2020 survey, it shows high levels of satisfaction among those who received help under the Affordable Warmth Scheme.
Overall, and in line with previous surveys, the majority of respondents (96%) were satisfied / very satisfied with the Scheme. The majority (91%) of respondents said their standard of housing had improved since measures were installed.
The 2023 survey report will be available on the Housing Executive’s website shortly.”
For any future queries relating to operational matters, you may wish to contact the Northern Ireland Housing Executive directly. Making direct contact with the Housing Executive will ensure that you receive the information in the shortest possible timeframe and make best use of public resources.
