Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to (i) provide an update on the evaluation of the Condition Management Programme; and (ii) detail what consideration has been giving to rolling this programme out to Housing Associations.

Answer:

An evaluation of the Condition Management Programme is due to be undertaken, by my Department, in April 2023.

Officials from my Department have had ongoing engagement with officials in the Housing Executive in relation to how their tenants and tenants from their partner organisitions may avail of the Condition Management Programme. The outcome from that engagement being that Housing Association Case Workers can signpost tenants to the programme, as appropriate.
