To ask the Minister for Communities what measures she has taken to ensure that a Housing Strategy, which includes homelessness, is a priority for a future Programme for Government.

Answer:

I am on record as stating that it is essential to have a standalone Housing Outcome in our next Programme for Government (PfG), in order to fully recognise the central role that good housing plays. I will continue to press for this commitment to be fulfilled.
