To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs what discussions his Department has had with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs regarding the impacts of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill for the agriculture sector in Northern Ireland.

Answer:

The Bill was introduced to Parliament on 22 September 2022, officials across the Department are engaging with officials in other administrations on it.

As the Bill is at an early stage in its progression through Parliamentary process, it will be subject to further discussion, debate and amendment.
