Question:
To ask the Minister of Health to detail the processes involved to ensure patients, being discharged from hospital, are not returning to homes which are under-heated and have inadequate provision of food.

Answer:

Unfortunately due to there being no Minister in post after midnight on the 27th of October, my Department will be unable to answer the question.
