To ask the Minister of Health to detail (i) the average waiting time, per constituency, for the (a) diagnosis of; and (b) treatment for hip replacement surgery; and (ii) the average time spent in hospital per hip replacement operation.

Answer:

Unfortunately, due to there being no Minister in post after midnight on the 27th of October, my Department will be unable to answer the question.
