To ask the Minister of Health for his assessment of the impact repeated flooding of Newtownards Road, Bangor has on the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service to deliver its services, in the context of the flooding occurring adjacent to their premises.

Unfortunately, due to there being no Minister in post after midnight on the 27th of October, my Department will be unable to answer the question.
