Question:
To ask the Minister of Education what role does the Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education have in relation to the Northern Ireland Office funding for Integrated Education Support.

Answer:

The answer to both questions is that this funding is being managed directly by the Northern Ireland Office, however my officials have engaged with the Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education on the expenditure in line with my Department’s governance duties.
