Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure for a timescale for the completion of the Knockmore Line feasibility study.

Answer:

Translink has received funding through the Union Connectivity Review to undertake a feasibility study for the re-opening of the line between Lisburn and Antrim (Knockmore Line) and the study has now commenced. It will consider both the potential passenger demand and operational model for the line.

I can confirm that the study is due to be completed by the end of March 2025.
