To ask the Minister for Communities to outline the financial spend by the Housing Executive on the provision of single let temporary accommodation in each of the last ten financial years, including 2023/24.

This issue is an operational matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive, who has advised me as follows: “Table 1 below outlines spend by the Housing Executive on the provision of single let temporary accommodation in each of the last ten financial years. Notes 2014/15 to 2022/23 are actual expenditure incurred. 2023/24 is based on expected level of expenditure pending completion of the NIHE annual audit process.
