To ask the Minister of Finance what consideration she has given to providing MLA offices with access to Land and Property Service maps and other facilities.

Answer:

Datasets are made available as per Section 45 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 for use by the Assembly.

Land & Property Services (LPS) can arrange a supply of datasets if MLAs require LPS Data Products to use for Assembly/parliamentary business or judicial proceedings.
