To ask the Minister of Finance what plans he has to review the policy for vacant listed buildings.

Answer:

I have no current plans to review the exclusion that applies within non-domestic vacant rating (NDVR) for listed buildings, or where a building preservation notice applies. This is a long-standing feature of the non-domestic rating system.
