Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities what plans he has to reintroduce the Right to Buy scheme for residents of Housing Association properties.

Answer:

The Housing Amendment Act (NI) 2020 ended the House Sales Scheme for tenants of Registered Housing Associations. The Act made provision for Housing Associations to offer a voluntary House Sales Scheme to their tenants. This will be a decision for individual Housing Associations and their Boards.
