To ask the Minister for Infrastructure how many prosecutions his Department has pursued for the unauthorised erection of flags on street furniture, in the last five years.

Answer:

My Department does not have the powers to progress prosecutions, this would be for PSNI to progress.

My Department has not made any complaints to PSNI against individuals in the last five years.
