To ask the Minister of Health what policies and protections are in place for lone workers within health and social care settings who have faced false allegations from service users.

HSC organisations are required to deal with all complaints in line with the Departmental guidance on complaints procedures. Standard 4 of this guidance requires organisations to support both complainants and staff throughout the process. The guidance may be viewed at
